    You would need to re-apply once again I’m afraid. Appeal would only work if you want to challenge the decision because you think they made a mistake with their assessment. You can’t add further documents when you appeal.

    Regarding po sa tanong niyo, In my case (2008 and 2009) the document I provided with ACS for the said year was SSS document only and for the succeeding year random payslip per year ang binigay ko sa kanila (example: 2010 - April and December Payslip or 2011 June and November payslip) basta dalawang payslip per year.

    About po sa BIR nagtry ako magtanong sa kanila (para sa previous employer) pero ang sabi nila sakin ay employer dapat po ang magbigay ng ITR kaya ang ginmawa ko, kung anong available na meron ako na payment of evidences nilaban ko na and naging okay naman lahat. Baka po kasi minsan nagkakatalo siya sa assessor kung sobrang strict ung mapunta sayo.

    Yan po ung information ang meron ako.

You can access it po via VirtualPagibig website (Process po is Create Account then need magpaactivate sa Pagibig branch). Pag OFW po, alam ko po may ibang process siya since physically hindi makakapunta for activation sa branch.

    Wala po akong sinubmit na pag-ibig document saknila pero isama mo na din po kasi makakatulong din yan to support your application. Alam ko po at may nabasa din ako sa thread dito na nagpasa ng Pag-ibig as one of the evidence (supporting document).

    It’s the same thing - you mentioned ”you understand hindi pwede mag add further document when you appeal pero pwede po ba mag attach ng document explaining why I’m appealing”....so you will still add further document dahil may iaattach ka, same thing yung attachment, that’s adding document.

    The guideline says no further documents to be added.

    Yes po, agree po with you, isubmit nalang din po if may Pag-ibig records. Balak po ng husband ko pumunta sa Pag-ibig by June. If ever po balikan po kita pag nakapagtanong po siya pano po pag OFW. @itsmegianina

    mai tanong lang po ako para sa kaibigan ko.
    1. required pa rin ba ang payslips? for the entire duration na nag work ka sa isang company?
    2. pwede ba mag pa assess ng multiple skills? e.g. ICT Support Engineer or Computer Network and Systems Engineer?
    3. paano kapag wala ng payslips kasi sobrang matagal nah, baka na delete na sa system?
    4. Paano kapag electronice or online ang reference letter? bawal na kasi mag print sa office daw nila.

    Question mga sir/ma'am. does school accreditation affect ACS? hindi nako bago sa migration application kasi nagapply nako sa NZ 5years ago and their qualifying body did not recognise my school dahil daw hindi sya accredited ng federation of universities sa pinas like PACUCOA, FAAP etc. kahit pa nagsubmit ako ng CHED accreditation ng School. actually yung school ay AMA Makati. ang recognised lang nila ay yung AMA University lang sa QC. gusto ko lang malaman baka may idea kayo kung makakaffect.

    kasi para hindi nalang sayang yung assestment fee. nadala na kasi ako last time anlaki na ng nagastos ko tapos dahil lang sa accreditation na di ko kaslanan hindi ako mka move sa pangrap ko :(
    any help/advise would be appreciated maraming salamat!

    Question po. Ang work experience po ba ay automatic na macocount once I lodged my application? 4 yrs and 8 months po kasi ang acknowledged ng ACS sa application ko pero working pa rin po ako. Kapg po ba ng 5 yrs na ako I need to submit my application again or a simple update sa acs will do? TIA

    Good day po sa lahat! Matagal tagal na rin po akong nagbabasa po dito at first-time ko pong mag comment/post sa Forum at may plano din pong mag-migrate sa OZ.

    Meron lang po akong mga katanungan regarding po sa ACS Skills assessment, although meron po akong Agency gusto ko lang pong malaman ang mga pwede at hindi regarding sa requirements na isa submit ko.

    1. Ok lang po ba yung Pay Slips na 2 every year? June and December?
    2. Pwede ko po bang kopyahin or ilagay yung COE/Skilled Reference Letter JD/duties/Responsibilities sa CV ko? Which is ako rin naman ang gumawa?
    3. Nagkamali po ako ng pag lagay sa end date ng Company 2 ko sa Letter, instead of June 29, 2016 nailagay ko pong June 30, 2016 which is the first working day ko sa Company 3. Meron po ba tong discrepancy at need ko po bang baguhin yung date at humingi ng panibagong letter? (Medyo mahirap po kasing kumuha dun)

    1. Meron po akong MCSE Certifications, paano po ba ilagay sa document na isusubmit? Kelangan po ba separate page or I include ko nalang yung Transcript ID at Access code sa CV?

    Hello po. I can only answer for 1 and 4.
    For 1. 2 ang minimum na payment reference. Ang need po is start and end of the year (January and December) Aside po from this, kailangan mo pa po ng 1 set of payment reference (SSS, ITR, etc na start and end of the year din)
    ex. If employed sa company ABC from January 2011 - OCtober 2013, kailangan mo po ng 2 payment references say SSS and Payslip ng months na ito (January and December 2011, January and December 2012, January and October 2013)
    For 4. Pwede po separate page but 1 PDF kasama po ng transcript and diploma

    Hello Ms @RheaMARN1171933, sorry po, may question po ako if I understood correctly yung changes. Does this apply po for ACS applications (including RPL pathway)? Does it mean po say yung mga Electronics subjects will no longer be accepted (only digital) at ang possible impact is in the acceptance ng degree as relevant? Salamat po for clarifying.

    ANZSCO Unit Group 2621 includes 3 occupations:

    262111 Database Administrator
    262112 ICT Security Specialist
    262113 Systems Administrator
    With Cyber Security now being its own occupation discipline, applicants applying under the ICT Security specialist ANZSCO occupation code will be assessed based on separate criteria to the other occupations in this Unit Group. This will also align ACS migration skills assessment with current initiatives within ACS cyber security certification and accreditation of cyber security university degrees.

    Acceptance of Electronics subjects in ICT qualifications:

    ACS has undertaken a review of Electronics subjects and their relevance within ICT. ACS will now only accept Digital Electronics subjects when assessing qualification unit content. Analogue and other non-ICT related electronics subjects will no longer be accepted when assessing qualifications. Applicants may provide a subject/course outline to support an assessment of “Electronic” related subjects which we will consider.

    Seoul Accord qualification recognition:

    Seoul Accord is a multilateral agreement between countries that allows certain University level Bachelor and Master degrees to be recognized by the Seoul Accord signatories. ACS has been a signatory of the Seoul Accord since its conception in 2008.

    Qualifications recognised through mutual recognition under the Seoul Accord will be considered to have met the ICT major criteria for migration skills assessment purposes. Assessment suitability is however still subject to assessment against the nominated ANZSCO occupation.

    Should an applicant wish to have their qualification assessed under the Seoul Accord, the onus of proof falls solely on the applicant to notify the ACS of this and to provide the ACS with sufficient evidence that their qualification is mutually recognized under the Seoul Accord. Evidence would include screenshots taken directly from the Seoul Accord website Accredited Programs clearly showing that their qualification is recognised. ACS assessors will have discretion to accept or reject the evidence provided.

    Note that these changes will come into effect as of 1 July 2020

    Hello po. I can only answer for 1 and 4.
    For 1. 2 ang minimum na payment reference. Ang need po is start and end of the year (January and December) Aside po from this, kailangan mo pa po ng 1 set of payment reference (SSS, ITR, etc na start and end of the year din)
    ex. If employed sa company ABC from January 2011 - OCtober 2013, kailangan mo po ng 2 payment references say SSS and Payslip ng months na ito (January and December 2011, January and December 2012, January and October 2013)
    For 4. Pwede po separate page but 1 PDF kasama po ng transcript and diploma

    check the ACS guideline. They don’t ask for COE, it wasn’t even mentioned at all. They require employment reference letters instead.

    Nag apply ako for Skills Assessment and Review and it all resulted na non ICT daw yung role ko. But yung role ko is ICT related talaga so i decided to Appeal and finally i received a positive skills assessment!

    Software Tester po ang nominated skills ko. Sa pag appeal po kailangan mo magprovide ng detailed explanation kung bakit ka mag aappeal. Sa case ko inappeal ko ang decision nila na 'non-ICT related' daw yung role ko.
    My view is if you will use a stat dec/affidavit make it as detailed as possible and related talaga sa Anzsco code mo para di magaya saakin na umabot pa hanggang appeal 😂.

    Hello po! Hope everyone’s safe and well. Maraming Salamat po sa lahat ng help and guidance. Share ko lang po experience ko sa pag-file ng ACS. Although complete naman po lahat (reqts list, FAQ, forms, etc) sa ACS website, ishare ko nalang po mga tips po.

    For queries or questions, pwede po kayo mag-email ditto: [email protected]

    1. Each file should not exceed 3 MB each. In my case po, ang advice po nila sakin was attach a separate file under same relevant entry (i.e. per guideline, 1 PDF ang TOR, diploma, and certifications. But if ever magexceed na ng 3 MB na, pwede iseparate yung ibang document per feedback). Again po, best po na iconsult po siya baka po iba rin po ang advice nila.

    2. 2 po ang minimum na payment reference. Ang need po is start and end of the year (January and December) ex.     3. Payment references na nisubmit ko po: ITR, Philhealth, Payslip

    4. Kailangan po may JD ang COE. If wala po, kailangan ng statutory declaration.

    5. There is no way po to delete a document once uploaded na.

    Yes, required ang end date sa ACS assessment kahit current employer mo sya. End Date will be equal to the date you submitted your application.

    Pero sa EOI naman kasi end date can be left blank to say you're currently employed...

    @RheaMARN1171933 question po, I just checked my school and it is now in Section 1 (was on Section 2) when assessed by ACS. As a result, anlaki ng binawas nila sa job experience ko.
    Since section 1 na ngaun si school, do I need to send another application sa ACS or can I just follow up with ACS re the change sa school ko?
    I know that ACS result is valid for 2 yrs so not sure what to do next. Hope you or anyone on this group can help. TIA.

    Hi po, question regarding ACS re-assessment. Not sure po if natanong na to before and kung nasagot na.

    Bale ung 1st assessment result ko was Oct 18, 2018 (expiring on Oct 18, 2020), then I submitted an Appeal and got the response on January 17, 2019.

    Is the expiration on Oct 2020 or Jan 2021?

    Ngaun need ko po magpa assess ulit since nasa Section 1 na yung school ko. Do I need to secure all requirements again, COE and CTC'd school documents or can I use the same documents used last Oct 2018?

    Need ko pa ba hingi ulit new COE from my current employer, same employer pa din po ako.

    Hope may magrespond po and matulungan ako. Maraming salamat po and good luck sa ating lahat.
