Highly suggested Migration Agency

Hi! Ask lang ako ng recommendations niyo sa migration agency. Ang mga nakita ko is yung Respall, ACN, Down Under. May suggestions po ba kayo? And how's your experience with your agency po? Thank you so much ๐Ÿ˜Š

Hi @hanah in my opinion, if you have lots of money you can go ahead :) , in terms of service naman you can also find a more affordable option with the same quality of service. lalo na ngayon covid, means of communication is also via email or phone. If you were to source for others, make sure they are Mara registered and na review na rin dito sa site natin :) check our migration agent review page https://pinoyau.info/plugin/page/agent

Given po na ang kelangan ng mga offshore candidates are job offer to be even invited for a 491 visa at sobrang taas ng kelangan na points for 189 dahil sa limited number of slots, may migration agency ba na nagpoprovide ng job placement? May nakita akong AD from an agency called my new Australian life na may offer na job and accommodation pa. I don't know if legit na agency sya.

Ethical Registered migration agents would likely not get involved in arrangements like that. Be cautious about such companies.

If employment based agency, better to just check on POEA job listing to be safe. But you have to shell out huge money on them too, usually more expensive than immigration agents. Sometimes you also have to agree that they will get a salary percentage, or whole salary upfront payment.

You should not trust an agent offering or promising a job placement because there is no system endorsed by DHA that enables them to do that.

Thatโ€™s very true. Hence, ethical registered agents shy away from incorporating employment assistance as clearly they do not run employment agencies.

Sila po ang agent namin ngayon. May nakausap ako before from this group din na sila ang agent, okay naman daw po, approved na ang visa, dapat aalis na sila however, naabutan gn COVID dito sa pinas. And legit naman po sila based sa MARA. si carmine is a lawyer sa Australia and i think expert na talaga sya in terms of migration. For the program nila na may job offer, they will look into companies kasi na hiring that would fit sa qualification mo once approved na ung visa. And for the accommodation, they will help you lang po na maghanap ng matitirhan based sa budget mo. Take note sila lang po ang maghahanap, pero ikaw pa din po ang magbabayad sa rent :)

So this just means that you have to have the visa first. This needs to be emphasized. They will not look for an employer who will sponsor you. That should be clear because a lot of people are expecting these kind of agencies will be looking for a sponsor for you which is misleading.

Visa first, then they will look for companies for you? Parang tinulangan ka lang maghanap ng work once na magka visa ka. You can easily do it yourself once you have the visa and competent CV.

Ang convenient kasi once you land na sa AU, you have guaranteed job na. And they clearly explain it to us naman before we availed their service. And they never mention naman na they will look for an employer who will sponsor us. It is clear naman sa website nila yun if you check it. Anyway, other than that naman, they have services din naman na walang guaranteed job offer. Just merely process your visa. It's your choice pa din naman what will you avail, if you want convenience, then their migration plus program suits you, but if not and you are confident naman, then ung migration program ka lang. Sguro they have advantage lang na makaoffer ng ganyang program since they are based in australia and they can easily look for a job na suit sa qualification mo.

May clarification lang po ako, if they said they will assist you to find a job... Gaano po katagal ang assistance? Time based po ba? Or assistance lang to set up a certain number of job interviews?

For the program nila na may job offer, they will look into companies kasi na hiring that would fit sa qualification mo once approved na ung visa.

Looking into getting onboard with them for my migration plan. From what I understand sa consultation, it's just recruitment assistance but a job offer is guaranteed. You will still need to attend interviews with prospective employers but they'll help you prep so you can present yourself from an Australian perspective. So, basically you WILL get an offer, not sure lang sa timeframe. Up to you pa rin kung ia-accept mo yung offer or not. Of course pwede rin namang you hunt on your own but if you're in a specialised field and competition is tough, this could be a good service.

My professional take on this, sign up with caution. I could imagine that the recruitment assistance is no different to other recruitment agencies out there. All candidates any recruiters would endorse are briefed before the interview. Itโ€™s their best interest to prepare their candidates since they get paid by the hiring employer a percentage of the candidateโ€™s salary. Hence, if you will sign up with them, have a realistic expectation regarding job opportunities as I donโ€™t think your chances of getting hired is any higher. Itโ€™s maybe similar to a placebo effect in medical term. Also, with the current climate, itโ€™s very misleading for an agency to include its recruitment assistance as their selling point. In reality, it is very difficult to find employment when most businesses are struggling or at least on the edge waiting for how this pandemic will pan out. All the best.

You have to bear in mind that itโ€™s you who will attend the job interview and not them so itโ€™s you who will have to make or break the hiring process. Iโ€™m just finding it difficult to understand why they promote such service as guaranteed employment. Nothing in life is guaranteed. We agents are bound by the code of conduct and we will be breaching the code if we guarantee visa grant because itโ€™s misleading the clients. Though technically nothing is being breached under our code by guaranteeing employment. I just question if this is correct to guarantee such as it may be a breach of ethics. I think it sounds more correct and not misleading if they promote their service as helping clients to find a job by placing them in contact with employers/headhunters rather than saying they guarantee employment.

My thoughts on this, no one can guarantee anything and if one believes such claim, he/she will only be fooling himself/herself. Even headhunters are not in the position to guarantee such claim.

You can easily find a headhunter on LinkedIn or other job search websites and you wonโ€™t have to pay anything. Headhunters get paid a percentage of the applicantโ€™s salary if hiring was successful. Thatโ€™s how they earn money. Just to give you an idea. Iโ€™m not sure if thatโ€™s the same set up for them but perhaps better to spend your money as baon once youโ€™re in Australia?
