@goku_son , pwede DIY or agent.

Hi.

Oo, piliin mo yun for Sponsor dun sa link. Makikita mo yun nasa baba.

You must be unable to find an Australian citizen or permanent resident with the skills and experience needed for to fill the nominated position.
You must do labour market testing to show us you can't find an Australian to do the work.

Paanong from student to 186 DE?

May IT experience ka.

    From student visa po.

Valid pa kasi ung Student visa ko hanggang next year.

Im currently working po as a Computer System and Network Engineer dito sa Sydney.

Advisable ba mag 482 muna or pwede mag 186 na.

    Thanks

Wala naman transition path from student to 186 at hindi naman kailangan hintayin mag expire ang visa para makapag apply ng ibang visa.

Check mo yun 186 visa sa home affairs website. May 482 to 186 temporary resident transition stream. Meron din direct entry ang 186. Okay yun 186 direct entry.

@goku_son Maraming misinformation about 186.

Sa temporary residence transition stream (TRT), ito yun from working visa to PR. Ang sabi rin sa website ay “ Usually, you must have worked for your employer full-time for at least three years”.

Good luck!

Hi! baka makatulong po kau, Im a nurse din and willing ung employer ko to sponsor me. ano ba ung needed na papers to submit for 3 years experience?

My 2 years experience ako sa pinas and going 1 year na din dito working sa australia.

Ano pong implications on the employer side maliban sa pagbayad ng nomination fee? 😅 Salamat po in advance 😁

@jakibantiles Yeah, preferably DE.

Good luck!

He will sign it in a heartbeat daw 🥰.

Kasi naka 3 years na ako as RN Aged Care and may skills assessment narin. Automatic dagdag points ba?

I tick as yes ko po ba yun kahit na hindi naman ako sa regional area nakatira at that time?

Salamat in advance sa sasagot po! God bless!

I am currently on temporary visa which is expiring in 2 months time.
My employer is willing to sponsor me for 186 DE. My skill is in civil engineering.
    1. Does anyone know if I can lodge their sponsorship using my Immi account or do they need to create their own?
    2. Can I lodge my 186 visa while waiting for the result of my employer's nomination?
    3. When I lodge my 186 DE visa, will I automatically get a bridging visa?

Hello po, I'm just confused and gusto ko lang mag clarify ng some questions. So I had 2 years work experience as an Industrial Engineer in PH. I finished my Masters here in Australia, currently employed as an Industrial Engineer and I will be earning my 1 year work experience here in Australia on August. Naka visa 485 na po ako ngayon for 1 year. I also had my positive skills assessment from Engineers Australia and for my two years work experience. Kaya po ngayon winowork around ko nalang ung 1 year work experience ko onshore to complete 3 yrs requirements ng ENS DE.

Question is, in ENS DE, under proof of skills and qualifications document, it states that they do not accept a skills assessment obtained for visa subclass 485. Clarify ko lang po if iaaccept ba nila ung 1 yr obtained work experience ko dito under visa 485? Ipapaassess ko din naman ulit ung 1 year work experience ko sa EA after I gained 1 yr work experience.

Salamat po and keep safe always!

Hello, I would like to seek your advice. We're offshore and not currently employed under any Australian company. My husband's an electrical engineer while I'll be his dependent (also a skilled worker). Our work experience is around 8 years. Ages are within the bracket of highest visa points. Skills assessments are ongoing processing.

For those successful applicants who has same case as ours, where can you find employers that could sponsor 186 DE visa? Any recommended job search engines? Also, what are the chances of offshore applicant to secure a 186 DE visa?

    Thank you for your inputs!
