Yes natanong ako ng ganyan. May bearing kaya ito? Hindi ko nasabi na negotiable pa kasi.

I'm working for planit, minsan they would ask yung current salary nio, pero i guess standard sya across depending on years of experience and what level they think you are. also that is why kumukuha sila sa pinas kasi mura pero quality hehe. but they are fair when it comes to increase din naman.

Hello, I’m not sure if it’s okay to ask. Pero hindi kasi ako confident sa interview na mejo magulo answers ko sa ibang questions. Nawalan na agad ako ng pag asa after. Hahaha. Move on na po ba? Any advice po based on experience?

sa experience ko po sa automation , very technical so madali malaman if tama or mali yung sagot mo and then other questions yung mga satndard interview questiosn lang naman. pero i guess there is no sure way to know din talaga, i know someone very confident but still failed., but hanggat walang rejection go lang
I failed my first time, i just used that as a learning experience then tried again

May 5: Received one way interview

June 18: Received exam invitation
June 20: Took the exam
July 1: Received interview invitation

May nag tanong pala dto regarding kung paano yung compensation kung remote work muna tayo since di pa sila nagpapasok sa AU. Sabi nung mga nag interivew sakin, yes AU rate daw hehe
