Hello all - currently with planit and have some info. Learnt from one of the interviewers the following:
Over 1500 applicants from philippines
Around 150-200 has reached the final interview and more to be interviewed

He didnt give any info on how many will be hired but he said a lot will be needed to be "onboarded" meaning out of that number(200) a good amount has passed.
He also mentioned that one of the account directors needs 30 people in my current city alone. Keep in mind that there are multiple ADs per city. So people who have reached the final interview I think you have a good chance! GOD bless to you all.

Yung automatic reply lang nareceive ko. Ang marereceive mo na after is yung invite na mismo sa pagkakaalam ko.

Hi overall po yan? Or functional lang need nila dun sa 30?

Ito po timelines nung sakin:
May 5 - submitted one way interview
June 25 - received exam invite
June 27 - submitted exam
July 2 - got results that i passed the exam. And sent the tech assessment details. Perf testing yung role ko kaya need gumawa ng script.
July 4 - submitted the script etc. Ang sabi ay within 3 to 5 days makukuha results.

Di ko sure bakit mabilis yung results ko sa exam. Baka siguro perf yung inaapplyan ko kaya medyo mas konti yung need iassess na tao sa area namin.

Mine was rescheduled to next week. Sobrang dami raw for interview, na-filled na all the schedules for this week.

1. Need ba naka ON yung video during interview or pwede voice lang?
2. What is the nature of the interview, technical siya or behavioral or pagkkwentuhin ka lang ng experience?

1. Wala namang sinabi na kailangan... Pero naka on video ng interviewer. So medyo nakakahiya naman kung di rin mag on.
2. Lahat e. Pero depende pa rin siguro.

Automation ako. Waiting paring feedback 'til now. Almost 2 weeks na. Hopeful pa din ako. Hangga't ongoing pa sa portal haha.

Oo tinanong din. Done na rin interview ko 2 weeks ago na, june 23. Hanggat on going pa ang status, laban lang haha.

May nakakuha na ba ng feedback dito after final interview?

May mga na-reject na daw po sa portal after final interview without any email..
Check nyo na lang regularly yung status nyo..

Completed the interview last week July 2 awaiting updates din. Wala naman need i-email or something na gagawin after ng interview guys? didn't get to ask them ano next sa hiring process pero mukhang waiting game nga tlga

Meron rin po Iba't ibang klase. I do think meron silang pool ng questions accdg sa tingin nilang kailangan nila makuha sayo
