Yes pwede ka naman po magpa assess ng ibat ibang occup. Pero like I’ve said, one occupation lang po per submission. Hindi po pwede multiple occupation sa isang application 🙂

Hello everyone! Need your input please. Yung husband ko po may 3 employers sa work history nya na nag-shut down ng operations many years ago. Looks like hindi na possible na gumawa ng affidavit dahil matagal nang walang operations including yung mga employees wala na din connections. Paano po kaya ang gagawin sa documents sa pag-apply sa ACS? Thank you for your help!

Question, yung ACS ba chinecheck yng job title? Example napromote ka as Manager pero nag simula ka tlga as individual contributor- kng manager ka na now, pwede ka ba mag file under mga Analyst or system engineers? Yung job description naman as manager involves technical tasks pa dn tulad ng mga Analyst or engineers. Or dapat ba since manager na, ay mag file under ICT manager?

Hi, parang hindi naman nagbbase sa job title ang ACS. Sa duties/roles mo sila nagbbase if closely related sa ANZSCO code. Thanks!

Hello, sa ACS Assessment po, wala na ma retrieve na payslip sa previous company ko kase nag change na sila ng payroll software. Pwedi ba alternative yong SSS, Philhealth or 2316? Thank you.

Hello po, nagsubmit po ako ng application sa ACS last jan 6 but until now status po niya sa dashboard is application submitted. Do you have an Idea po how long will it take para ireview na ni ACS yung application or kahit magbago lang po yung status after submitted?

The process might take from 8 to 10 weeks but some of us were able to get the results in the 6th week. I received mine after 6 weeks.

All depends how decision ready your application is. Ours normally takes 2-4weeks

Thank you po. Iniisip ko po kasi baka nakaqueue pa yung application ko and di pa nakikita or review ni ACS kasi more than 10 days napo na Submitted yung status.

Would be nice if ung bago mong software eng , i massage mo na pang computer netwrk or system admin roles ginagawa mo. E.g. ng system admin naman na work are related to bash scripting.

@wandererPH tama si Admin, hindi masyado nakabase sa job title kundi dun sa job descriptions/tasks mo.
In my case, meron din ako exp na more on electronics/hardware testing pero inalign ko sa tasks ng skill code ko, nabilang naman.

I just submitted my application today, setting my expectations with the possible outcome of my assessment. I already exhausted all means but I am worried if my documents would be enough to support my PH work experiences.

Qualification - BS IT, State University (Section 1)
Work 1 (2014 -2017) - Complete ITR, 2 payslips ~ each year of 2016 and 2017 (missing 2014, 2015), SSS and PAG IBIG screenshots.
Work 2 (2017 - 2020) - Complete ITR, payslip of last 3 months 2019 only, SSS and PAG IBIG screenshots.
Work 3 (in Australia under 482 visa same ANZSCODE, 2020 - Present) - Complete income statements, bank statements, superannuation documents, complete payslips.

Received my suitable assessment result 6 weeks after submission of complete reqs. so far yung Australia experience ko lang ang nacount, but it's enough, matinding dasalan na lang for 190 haha. good luck sa ating lahat!

Hi @seohyun! May I ask how many years are your PH experience and why do you think they're not credited? Also what documents did you submit? Sorry to bomb you with these questions.

Hello! No worries at all. I had seven years of experience back home. I think they weren't credited kasi bits and pieces lang ng BA duties yung andon, plus I only finished my IT degree here in AU noong November 2020 (business yung degree ko in PH). I was lucky enough to find an ICT BA job here in AU tapos yung employer ko was supportive with providing the details in the reference letter. I submitted pay slips, reference letter, tax returns, superannuation or SSS stuff, my transcripts and diplomas.

I'm sure it'll be fine for you! Important din to watch your mailbox kasi some friends had the ACS officer ask for additional documentation like original scans instead of certified ones, mga ganun. Hi, I got my old ACS assessment back in feb 2019 kaya naexpire na siya last year. Pag nagparenew po ba, kailangan uli ng affidavit para dun sa last employer na kasama last time or mauupdate lang ung number of years para sa employer na yun dahil na consider na siya last time? Maaadd nalang ba ung feb 2019 - 2020 na experince? naretrench kasi ako nung 2020 so new employer na na hindi kasama sa ACS assessment dati.

Hello, anyone here from Accenture (currently employed) na nakapagrequest ng letter of explanation along with COE? Meron na kasi ng COE, pero ang problem is wala daw silang template or hindi sila makapagbigay ng letter of explanation why they cannot provide detailed JD sa coe or employment ref letter. Yung stat dec/affidavit tapos na rin. Eto nalang talaga problema.

We already logged ticket, pero hindi rin aware yung hr na nakausap namin about this. Any tips po kung pano kayo nakakuha? Thanks!

They provide. I got a letter from them explaining reason why they can't provide the JD, kasama na yun nung nanghingi ako ng CoE eh.

Hi, I was able to get a 1-pager CoE from my previous employer with job roles and responsibilities. The thing is, it is too specific with regard to the tools used in our company, and because those tools are proprietary, i am doubtful that it would not suffice. I am planning to also get a stat dec from my previous manager there. Would submitting both be okay?
