San ba ina-attach yung Form 80 sa application? nung nag fill up ako nung para sa submission wala naman part asking to upload form 80. puro online questionnaire lang.

Once you lodge, may mag appear na additional section sa Uploads na Other Attachments. Sa iba, they upload sa Character documents during lodgment.

I just fly to Darwin last night basically mejo wla idea Immigration officer ntn jn s manila with 491 visa. I showed them the email from CFO kc they are looking for Cfo sticker explained to them that I tried to attend PDOS kso wla 491 visa. I just paid travel tax. When I reached Bali (transit) no question ask. Mejo mhigpit lng with the things that you will bring over all okay nmn. bsta declare what you will bring😊

Hello, I'm planning to settle in Darwin by Jan. 2024 with 491 visa too. Ano po mga pre-departure documents ang hinanap sa inyo bukod sa CFO sticker? Nagemail ako sa kanila 2 weeks ago about this query but unfortunately no reply. Tama po ba itong email add na ito [email protected] ? Also, anong airline ang sinakyan mo papuntang Darwin? TIA

Hi po. Nagupdate po kami ng address. Nakaagent po kasi kami before and now kami na po magupdate ng details namin. Ok lang po ba ganito pagkaupload ng docs namin? Camscanner lang po kasi and now lang namin nalaman na pwede pala nakabatch para sunod sunod yung page and para 1 file lang. Kaso late na namin nalaman and nakapaguload na kami. Wala po kaya maging prob?

Hello! I hope someone can help us. My partner and I both have 491 visas. Amidst the new guidelines na irerelease ng Sept 3 ng immigration, nagwoworry kami sa mga possible tanungin ng IO since ang departure namin is Sept 5. We went to CFO and was told na hindi need kasi hindi daw po PR or OFW. Same din with Owwa/Poea. We’re neither tourists/ofw. May need pa po bang documents na dapat iclear prior to our flight? Since napansin ko din po na hindi sila masyado familiar with the 491 visa. Other documents naman po to support our legitimacy is okay na. Baka may dapat pa po kasing gawin to prove. Also, wala pa din kaming work kasi kakaresign lang po namin and hindi din naman indicated na required to AU.

As far as I understand, OEC applies if you already have an employer.

Hello, may tanong lang ako sa mga nag-BM recently.

Kakarating ko lang ng Sydney where I will stay temporarily habang naghahanap ng long-term rental and work sa regional. Kailangan na ba i-update ang residency right away sa Immi account (indicating my current loc na Sydney) or kailangan ba na hintayin ko na magkaroon ng regional address before updating Immi?

Hello, we received our 491 visa last July and hindi kasama sa application yung son ko (3 yrs old). Now, we want to apply for a visa for him para makasama nanamin sya. Ano po kaya mas ok na visa? Tourist Visa muna then apply Subsequent Entrant kapag onshore na or diretso SE?

Any migration agent that you can refer na hindi mahal ang consultation fee?

Hi, for those 491 visa holder. Meron po ditong WFH and yung employer nila is outside regional area and wala naman naging problema?

_Metropolitan Sydney is unquestionably ineligible for either of these visas, therefore let’s use it as an example. What if you’re working remotely in a distant area yet your company’s headquarters are in Sydney? Many people would be astonished to hear that it is permissible while holding a 489 or 491 visa. In reality, the Immigration Department regulation expressly permits you to travel to and work in Sydney to attend employer-sponsored training programmes. This obviously does not imply that you can visit Sydney twice a week.

Immigration policy on the 491 visa condition states the key to determining whether a visa holder is working in a specified regional area is assessing where the applicant’s usual place of work is located. If an applicant’s space of work is in a specified regional area but their employer is based elsewhere in Australia or overseas. They are considered to be working in a specified regional area. What matters most is it your work time is spent physically in a regional area and it does not matter where your employer is based out of condition 8578 for the 491 visa status, the holder must notify the Immigration department of a change to any of the following within 14 days after the change occurs, the address of an employer of the holder, the address of the location of a position in which the holder is employed.

If you’re working from home and you hold a 491 visa, then on the employer location you should put your home address as the location of your position where you’re employed. It is advisable that you obtain a reference letter from your employer outlining the conditions of employment. Specifically, it should outline what is the address and will you be carrying out the employment. This does not mean that you are not allowed to take your computer and work at a local café, or perhaps while you’re sitting on the beach. It’s just that way you will be the majority of the time with the 491 visa._
