Hello, has anyone used SSS contributions as payment evidence? Do you just use a screenshot of contributions from the SSS portal?

    Question po ulet:
I'm having issues sa pagkuha ng docs in Accenture.
As per agent, pwede daw affidavit lang PERO dapat Manager, TL, or supervisor lag pwede mag-sign.
Yan na lang po ba ang options? Di ba pwede ang senior pero teammate lang, not exactly a person i'm reporting to?
Baka meron po may experience dito?
    Thanks

Sa experience ko, ayaw mag sign ng mga kakilala ko sa ACN kasi pinipigilan din sila ng HR to sign the affidavit. So what I did is binigay ko sa kanila yung guideline ni ACS to prove na need ko ng job description sa COE. They required me to send yung job description na gusto ko ilagay sa COE plus approval ng manager level within Accenture na naging Lead or manager mo. Nabigay naman nila yung COE with job description.

winner po ito at nagresponse si ACN ng ganito. in my case, "natrauma" na daw yung TL ko sa pagpirma-pirma..so ang chance lang si yung teammate na naging tropa, pero di ko sya supervisor..nauna lang sya mahire. even managers or AM, di na mahagilap hehe.

Your TL's only participation is to approve through his ACN email yun job descriptions mo at sa HR(ExitManagement) mo naman ipapasa. Yung TL mo is still in Accenture ba?

This was HR(ExitManagement)'s response when I asked for the COE with job description:

Initially, my agent asked me to have an affidavit signed by my TL pero he's hesitant. So when he officially declined my request, I went to HR(ExitManagement) and provided the Employment Reference Guidelines from ACS and explained that it's not for VISA purposes at this point and it's not an embassy asking for these. They agreed. They only then asked me to run the job descriptions by a manager na working pa with accenture.

I think the response was pretty standard kasi I asked them about it twice and got the same response. I just explored it further when my TL wouldn't sign an affidavit for me.

Hello po, I was also an EX-ccenture employee.

    Good day everyone!

I am a new member here, and this forum has been quite helpful with some questions na I had in mind. However, may (dumb) questions ako since medyo nalito lang. :) I am deciding if General Skills Assessment or RPL.

Sa Summary of Criteria, do I qualify sa 2 years ICT work experience in the past 10 years? I graduate BSIT, worked as a Junior Web Developer for 2 years and 10 months, Lead Software Engineer for 2 years and 10 months as well, and now currently employed as Full Stack Web Developer for 1 year and 7 months now.

I had freelance work in between my full-time employment, does ACS honor concurrent duration ng job?

In my first job, when it comes to payment evidence, I managed to gather payslips dated 2016-2018, I cannot find 2019 anymore, other than those, I also have yung ITR ko from 2018. Second job, I only have payslips, then my current job, I am complete. Would this be sufficient?

Employment Reference - My first job has closed na and it is impossible for me to get an Employment Reference, does that mean yung experience ko from it won't be counted?

I am a full stack web developer, although I also handled deployments, integrations. Should I acquire 261212 Web Developer or 261313 Software Engineer?

By the way, I am so sorry if nandito na yung info, I am doing my best to comb through the pages and I will continue to do so to scrap some info. Thank you very much po!

P.S. I am gaining to apply for 189, my girlfriend's Dad is from an Immigration Agency sa SYD and he told me I must get started sa ACS. I am 27, no IELTS yet pero balak ko kumuha.

Hi all, question regarding sa Education Qualification. Can I also attach yung mga Research Conference Certificates and awards from my University? Makakatulong ba yun sa assessment? or mas maganda na Diploma and TOR nalang? sabi kase sa guideline ay:
Clear original colour scans of all Degree **or **Award certificates (Testamurs).
Clear original colour scans of all Degree or Awards Transcripts (Academic Transcripts).

So I was thinking na baka Award Certificates can mean na I could also attach some of the other awards na related naman sa course ko.

    Thank you in advance!

Hello mga ka ex-Accenture, ask ko lang if ok na ba yung pinrovide nila na Non-Standard COE with Job description? Nakakuha rin kasi ako, pero wala nakalagay na full-time basis of XX hours per week. Wala rin sinama na salary per year. Tatanggapin kaya to ng ACS?

Or am I just overthinking? :D

It all boils down to the company's preference. Meron at meron na naghahanap ng local experience lalo on ways of working or, in other words, work culture.

Pero dont discount rin yung mga companies na hindi naman particular dyan, but more after on the hard skills that you bring to the table. It pays to really show that you are the master of your own past experiences, and you are able to demonstrate that throughout their recruitment process.

In the end, lakas lang ng loob at tiwala lang sa sarili. Easier said than done I know, but it comes down to how you carry yourself. :)

P.S. There will be bumps along the way. Rejection and all that, but dont be disheartened. Normal na ma-frustrate, pero walang susuko haha. Ganon talaga ang buhay... Hanggat meron kang potential na ma-apply-an, go lang! There is always a chance. You've worked so hard to get that visa to enter Oz, it's definitely time to show that you've really earned it. ;)

Out of mailan-ilang companies na inapplayan ko, isa lang nag ask for local experience, mas nagmamatter ang visa status, pahirapan makahanap work if naka temp visa, how much more walang full working rights, part time lang pwedi :( .

Ang dami din platforms to apply work like SEEK, LinkedIn, or kahit mga recruiters add mo lang sila sa Linkedin, attend din meetup group, events like AWS meron sila events to network. Out of 300 applications, for sure may isa jan na para sayo! Fighting!

Go for an entry level job to earn local experience, okay din naman sweldo kahit entry level :D

I notice din big deal ang certifications dito esp partner nila. Advantage siya.

Hello mga ka ex-Accenture, ask ko lang if ok na ba yung pinrovide nila na Non-Standard COE with Job description? Nakakuha rin kasi ako, pero wala nakalagay na full-time basis of XX hours per week. Wala rin sinama na salary per year. Tatanggapin kaya to ng ACS?

Philippines and Singapore (via GCP) Exccenture here.

    • Singpore - no issue. listed lahat position, start/end, salary, hrs/wk, and resposibilities mo.
    • Philippines - issued coe but no hrs/wk and resposibilites. Need mo mag statutory declaration to show the missing info. You need someone na either same level or higher than your position. Need mo rin ng COE at Govt Id nila. Medyo mahirap to kasi most wont share those, unless close kayo.

May kakilala/alam ba kau dun na software engineer na kahit 10+ years of experience nah, pero nahihirapan mag hanap ng work dahil prefer ng employer ay yung may experience na locally? Or hindi naman bearing yun? Or am I just overthinking? :D

Out of mailan-ilang companies na inapplayan ko, isa lang nag ask for local experience, mas nagmamatter ang visa status, pahirapan makahanap work if naka temp visa, how much more walang full working rights, part time lang pwedi :( .

Ang dami din platforms to apply work like SEEK, LinkedIn, or kahit mga recruiters add mo lang sila sa Linkedin, attend din meetup group, events like AWS meron sila events to network. Out of 300 applications, for sure may isa jan na para sayo! Fighting!

Go for an entry level job to earn local experience, okay din naman sweldo kahit entry level :D

I notice din big deal ang certifications dito esp partner nila. Advantage siya.

Which certifications ba ang mostly in demand sa mga employers?

Hahaha. I entered Au as a student, not PR. Visa status kalaban ko kaya puro rejection. Kasagsagan pa ng covid nong time na yon, kaya total yan ng application for 6 months bago ako nakahanap ng internship pa nga una kong proper work na in line sa IT pero paid naman, so okay lang basta meron! Yes, I go for L1 positions :)
Not sure anong reason tho. Iba2 talaga and swertehan. Keep on trying lang.

    100% just keep on trying.

Naalala ko lang several months ago, when we were still planning the move, ni-set ko sarili ko na hindi ako babalik mag L1 because I believe in what I can bring to any company. Pero at the back of my head, ni-ready ko rin sarili ko na tumanggap ng L1 na jobs, even considered finding odd jobs (unrelated to my field, and even with the PR visa) kasi nga, we're moving to a new country. This may sound cliche or too dramatic but having that strong will to do whatever it takes to succeed in the path that you chose to go is the only thing you need to do. It is what it is. Ginusto natin ito e. Ganon talaga. You gotta do what you gotta do. :D

Insightful ito. As a taong never napahinga from work since nag graduate, when I first heard of this idea to take odd jobs in Australia - matindi ang resistance ko. Ego ganon. Which is not good.
Pero unti-unti, I'm starting to make peace with that because why not? Our priorities change. Depende din talaga sa goal mo eh. If you want to earn millionthousand dollars, go akyat the corporate ladder. :D But the main reason most of us pursue AUS I guess is for the work-life balance and peace of mind. We get fulfilled differently.

Not entirely ACS related, pero choosy ba yung mga employers if wala ka pang experience locally?

May kakilala/alam ba kau dun na software engineer na kahit 10+ years of experience nah, pero nahihirapan mag hanap ng work dahil prefer ng employer ay yung may experience na locally? Or hindi naman bearing yun? Or am I just overthinking? :D

its not about local experience lalo sa tech, its about the competition in the Industry, bear in mind na sobrang daming kalaban dito sa AU if matawagan ka for interview that means na meron kang chance, if hindi ka natanggap it means na meron mas magaling sayo sa interview. Samahan palagi ng dasal :) your time will come

Hello, I have a question regarding one of my employment information and sa requirments nito:
Company A - Worked from June 2018- July 2020, I only have 3 payslips na natabi (From Feb-April 2020), and 2020 ITR. Would this be enough proof of payment? Sadly, start up kasi 'ito and hindi kami nag babayad ng tax prior 2020 and walang contributions sa sss, pagibig, etc.

Trying to think of the worst case lang kasi hindi rin responsive yung company. Thank you..
