    Hello guys, sa April 27 din ang IELTS sched ko. Yong speaking LNG mauuna kasi April 25 ang sched. Sa BC Riyadh naman Ako. Sobrang kabado na rin, enough pa kya preparation ko for this. Now pa LNG me mg-ppractice sa reading at writing. Si Lord na po bahala. But I'll try my best... God bless us all na mag-eexam. :)

    ako sa BC ako nag take. mas mahal sa bc compare sa idp nung time na nag exam ako. pero binawi naman sa ibang bagay like here in ortigas pwede mo avail ung facility nila once nag register ka for an exam. maraming materials where you can study and practice. complete din sila sa player and headset. Naka aircon plus may free snacks sometimes, candies, water and coffee.
    Ganun din kaya sa idp or bc sa ibang bansa.


    and by the way sa bc may free materials din sila online. once registered makaka received ka ng mail for the access. dun pwede ka rin mag aral then track yung progress mo :)

    @cchamyl Hi cchamyl! I got my results na.. Sadly, 6.5 pa din ang writing ko! Waaaahhh.. Magpaparemark na lang ako, kaso no time to do it talaga e.. hopefully this week. Nakakainis man, however, i know God has plans for me and my husband.. kaya relax na lang muna kami.. Iniisip kasi namin, antayin na din ang June before assessment sa CPAA para sakto 5 years na ang working experience at makakuha ng dagdag na points! :)

    guys, lumabas na ngayon ang result ng ielts ko sa BC R=6.5,W=6.5,L=6.5,S=6, salamat sa mga tips dito and it made me more prepared during the exam last march 9.

    Sensya na kung magtatanong ako dito about state sponsorship. Na update ko na rin ang EOI ko tapos 60pts ang total ko and based sa EOI (The EOI for this subclass is able to be completed. The client's claims equal 60 points). Pwede na ba ako mag apply ng sponsorship sa state na gusto ko? so I can get the 5 points from SS? Please help po.

    @Ausbit - you have to do the following:
    - check the state website
    - check if your occupation is in their list for sponsorship/nomination
    - then check if they have "additional" requirements for your occupation (IELTS/Work Exp)
    - if all good, then go ahead, apply for SS and then give your EOI reference number..

    @LokiJr thanks sa tips, you are so helpful in this forum. Available ang Telecom tech sa SA and Vic kailangan ko lang kompletuhin ang mga documents ulit.

    @Hunter_08, yung sa mga reviewers halos pareho lang talaga sa actual exam ng reading, ang kailangan mo lang magbasa ng magbasa gaya din ng mga advise dito sa forum para mas lalong mapabilis ang pagbasa mo. Lagi mong basahin ang instructions (lalo na sa number of words).

    Based sa experience ko, habang nag rereview ako, nag try akong basahin ng normal speed ang last reading passages sa IELTS8 reviewer, (minsan binabalikan ko pa ang ibang paragraph pag gusto ko talagang mag sink in sa isip ko ang story) and average umaabot ng 8minutes para maintindihan mo ng husto ang passage, in this way pag nag basa ka na ng tanong mas madali mo ma pin-point ang location ng topic na yun. Pero gawin mo lang ito kung talagang marami ka pang time sa exam. While reviewing try to do this tip also if this will work for you.

    Magandang araw mga kababayan. Magtatanong lang sana may sumagot. Meron ba kayo alam cases na pag nagpa REMARK ng ielts score ay mas lalong itong bumaba ? Saka, mas maganda bang magparemark ng isang module lang (ex speaking test) versus sa kung magpaparemark ka ng 2 (ex speaking + writing) . Sayang kasi score ko sa speaking test ,0.5 na lang para maka band7, (ang writing score ko naman ay 7.0). Salamat po.

    ang alam ko po sa remarking...either your score will increase or stays the same. di pwedeng bumaba.

    Hi! I had my Speaking test remarked coz I got 6.5 and I need 7, sadly after 8 weeks of waiting, there is no change. Its either no change or tumaas ang band score nyo.

    You will not know until u try...Good luck po.

    @Hunter_08 Super hinayang din ako sa score ko, kaso life must go on...take nalang ulit. Regarding sa reading exam, nung una di ko na manage mabuti ang time ko, nakulangan na ko ng oras sa passage 3 at na-rattle kaya po ang baba ng score sa first take. Sa 2nd take I see to it ma manage mabuti ang oras, ung style ko po is basa muna question then hanapin sa passage.
