@mickey - maliban pala sa CAMBRIDGE IELTS 1-8 na nadownload ko, try mo din download ung "IELTS Secrets (Your Key to IELTS Success)" although hindi cya practice test kagaya nung ibang books, its purely discussion lang cya ng mga common and dreadful scenario when taking the exam. Its explains how to manage these events if ever you will encounter them on your actual examination. In this case, you will be more aware and prepared so that you wont be caught of guard by these exam tricks that will eventually affect your band score.

ohhhhh...counting the days to my IELTS exam...nakatakot..anyway..share ko lang to, https://www.youtube.com/user/EnglishRyan

I found this youtube resource which shares some tips for the IELTS exams. I particularly find the writing videos helpful with his suggestion of having a skeleton of sorts for your essays. At least you have a plan on how your essay should flow even before you take the exam.... God bless to us!

    ^thanks for sharing.

napansin ko lang...most of the topics sa speaking are about gardens, parks, museums, hindi naman sikat sa Pilipinas ang mga to so wala ako masyadong maiisip, hehehe... need ko na pala paghandaan ang mga topics na to. :)

ngayon kinakabahan naman ako for my LRW

By the way, ano ba yung mga format sa writing, san makikita yung skeleton sa pag write?

I took ielts here at BC saudi today and ang nakuha ko sa writing and speaking topics are the following:

Speaking, about the cue card 2 minutes to talk is about the childhood game (not a sports) na nilalaro ko, so ang in-example ko is yung sungka hehehe... Tapos mga follow-up questions about sa parks.

Sa Writing, Task 1 is about sa nakalimutan mong bag sa cinema, tapos di ka makakapunta ngayon sa city because of your work, Formal writing sya kasi kailangan mong mag sulat sa manager ng cinema. You need to tell kung saan mo naiwanan, ano ang klase ng bag, at ano ang laman nito.

Sa Task 2 is an opinion, about living on our planet. Older generations believe that living in earth in past decades is much better than today. Do you agree, kailangan mong ipaliwanag ang mga reasons tapos magbigay ng mga examples. Sana makapasa.... hehehe...

Sa writing task ko, since Academic yung IELTS ko, yung 1st part is a bar graph tungkol sa time spent ng mga babae/ lalake sa household chores in a span of 20 years.

tapos yung 2nd part is essay about college.

    :)

halos same lang cguro naman yan (IDP or BC). for sure sa reading and listening e walang difference kasi objective naman ang pagsagot sa kanila. so magkakatalo lang talaga sa pag-check ng writing at speaking exams. i've heard from others na minsan mas mataas magbigay ng scores sa IDP "daw". but don't quote me on that one. hehehe! ako kasi sa BC nag-take. pero basta preapared and ready ka naman, it doesn't matter kung saan ka pa mag-take. good luck! :)
