    @emmanuel_mlc oic. normally dun kasi hinihingi yung cert pagsubmit mo ng conversion. if let's say hindi mo maprove na u had the DL before your arrival at SG, possibleng may mga additional reqments like actual driving test.

    Hello sir, ask ko lang po regarding sa ACS application. Between 263111 - Computer Network and Systems Engineer and 263212 - ICT Support Engineer. Is it true po b na ung support engineer ay kailangan pa nang state nomination. whereas ung Systems Engineer ay hindi na dahil na sa priority SOL list po siya nang DIAC? Kapag 263111 po b inaply ko as my Nominated skill and if hindi siya suitable ay pwede magrecommend ang ACS nang ibang skills?
    Also regarding po sa work experience. I have 1yr4mo - IT support, 3yr8mo - IT Sales and 5yr - IT support. Ung pinakarecent ko po ay yung 1yr4mo. Do you think ay iconsider din po un nang ACS whereas dapat po ay min. 3yrs requirement?

    @Angelo if yung nominated occupation nasa SOL di na kelangan ng state nomination.Otherwise, if nasa CSOL kelangan mo talaga yung nomination path.

    I've read several times in the ACS thread na nag-suggest yung officer ng ibang occupation which is more suitable sa applicant.

    In choosing your occupation code, job titles are the least you should worry about. What matters is, inclined yung previous duties and responsibilities mo to what is outlined on the nominated occupation. Pwede mo nman baguhin konti yun sa COE mo, at least that is what I did.

    yung min requirement is the total credited years of experience, not the current job lng. so if
    u could sum up ur experiences from the last ten years into a single occupation code that would not be an issue. But be mindful na dependent to sa assessed education mo. this could go up to 5 years minimum required.

    @emmanuel_mlc, based on my experience, they just ask for the cert that was issued to you by LTO together with the DL card.

    @emmanuel_mlc, registration copy lang yon. During renewal ng license mo sa PH, kasama na ito when they issued you the DL card. Btw, I converted my license 3 years ago pa, I'm not too sure if same requirements pa rin :)

    Ako hindi na hiningan kasi meron ako OR ng renewal ko which was 2 years before ako nag convert. But that was 8 years ago. Also, meron dito sa forum na same case as mine na nag convert last year.

    kelangan ba talaga ng certificate from LTO na nagsasabi kung kelan first na issue ang PH DL natin?

    can someone help give clarity on this?
    I have said this several time before and i may say it again for the last time...

    Your drivers license number contain the year as to when it was issued; for example K02-07-001853 dito nakikita na 2007 as the year your license was first issued...

    Check your license and confirm here if tama ba.

    When I got my license here in VIC; they know about this and did not require me to produce a cert from LTO.

    Meron po bang may alam kung paano kumuha ng police clearance cert dito sa sg? I heard they're not issuing for non-citizens and non-pr, is it true? Thanks for helping.

    basta may letter kana visa application summary pwede kna kumuha ng police clearance. Punta ka lang cantonment police station mga 830 para maaga, fill-up ka form, dala ka S$45 yata or around that, original passport and photocopy, passport mo na may tatak ng initial entry mo sa Singapore if magkaiba then ayun pwede kana magprocess. Wag ka umalis bago finger printing, kasi may nakasabay ako last time, umalis agad before mag finger printing, ayun sayang ang pagpunta nya. mga 3 weeks ang processing.
