  Hi @arivilla, to answer your questions:
  
  1. Blood test, Urine test, X-ray (TB), HIV Test
  2. Sabi nila pag may abnormal na reading kailangan mo muna magpunta sa specialist para magpagamot. Depende rin cguro kung alarming ung abnormality.
  3. Sabi nung nagkuha ng BP ko dati, pag daw high blood ka, need ka irefer sa cardiologist.
  4. Pag minor findings lang siguro hindi naman mag c-cause ng denial pero need muna ipagamot. Pero kung HIV, most likely mad-deny yung visa.

  kamusta po? ano po pala ang procedure sa medical. may nacontact na akong clinic dito sabi accredited daw sila. so after medical assuming nag lodging na ako, yung clinic na mag uupload ng results? ano ang requirement ng clinic from us yung HAP ID lang ba?

  sa pagkakaalam ko, mayroon lists of accredited clinics ang DIAC, depende sa location mo. I think the clinic will be the one to forward the results/recommendations to your CO.

  naggenerate na ko ng referral letter para sa amin ni husband. kaso bakit nakalagay sa identity details nya yung lumang passport nya? siguro kaya dahil dun sa visa form upon lodgement, nilagay nya yung lumang passport details nya na ginamit nya sa pagpunta sa Oz dati? bakit kaya ganon?
