    Hi, been here for exactly 2months today and still looking for job. Ganito ba tlga kahirap hiring process dito, first i was in a panel interview, then skills exam, logic exam, personality exam, then another interview for exams' result feedback. Nakatatlong balik n ko s opis nila, until now d ko p rin alam if may chance ako or wala :(
    What jobs are you applying for? AKo nman applying offshore. May isang interview yesterday pero first round plang. di ko alam ilang rounds LOL. Mahirap via phone kasi mahina signal dun sa room tapos accent pa ng nagiinterview. Mahirap mag explain pag hindi face to face wahaha

    Uu pero Audit firm kasi kaya tumawag haha. Sa private/commercial di ko pa na try. Mas maganda tlaga direct ka sa mga company websites magapply.

    What is your background sa Pinas, from audit firm k ba? Medyo tough pa lang siguro now ang market dyan but for sure makakahanap ka rin...Lagi lang akong nagbabasa ng forum and nagcheck din sa mga jobsites pero di pa ko nag-aaply...Offshore pa kase ako...

    Hi ma'am. Lester here. remember me? ung dating nagaalala kung makakalagpas ako sa immigration. hehehe. 2months nako dito sa melbourne on June 5. Blessed pa din ni God kahit wala pa ding work, malaki pa din dapat ipagpasalamat dahil nandito tau.

    Ask ko lang sana how did u get volunteering task? by application online din ba sya. Actually, ngaun nlng ako halos lumalabas ng bahay. for almost 2months sa bhay lang ako halosnag-aapply ng skills related job, unfortunately wala pa din.

    tama ka frustrating nga. ang gusto ko na lang muna ngaun eh maging active sa labas kahit hindi work related. everyday nagppray pdn ako n one day may makakapansin sakin d2.

    Hi Lester, yes i remember you,...s seek lang din ako nkapagapply ng volunteer jobs, may page dun na pang volunteer, mapipili mo anong work type mo, then mgeemail sayo pra s intervirew to know yung preferred tme and date ng volunteer work mo,...

    Dapat lumalabas k ng bahay, ako napunta s city, malls, ineexplore kahit paano yung mga pwede puntahan p, inaaral yung train, bus para if ever may mga interview d n ko mahihirapan puntahan.

    To be honest, hindi ganun kalakas loob ko lumabas labas. Naiinis nga ko napakahina ng loob ko.
    This time nilalakasan ko na tlga loob ko. Last time ibinagsak ko ung kaisa isahang interview ko for almost 2months. That's an eye opener!
    Knakapalan ko n tlga mukha ko.
    Hehehe.
    Now, odd job muna hinahanap ko. Feeling ko kasi need ko tlga australian style s real job q as engr.
    Ung tipong kitchen hand at cleaner.

    Guys got my first pay at sarap tingnan sa ANZ debit card na may laman na. hehe. Yung mga naghahanap ng work offshore pag wala magreply tip ko pumunta na lng kayo muna dito. My wife got 300 rejections sa Pinas so I said tigilan na muna pag aapply at bk wala na ma-applyan pagdating dito. sobrang galling pa naman ni misis as in bilib ako dun. kelangan lang talaga maka-tiempo ng magandang pagkakataon. we got some connection after studying possibilities at yun nakahanap din nauna pa magstart saken at sobrang ganda pa ng company nya. eh ako di ba nga sandamakmak ang interview kinalabasan di na nakapamili ng ayos kasi natanggap agad. tapos eto mga diskarte pwd nyo gawin kasi ganito ginagawa ng mga OZ locals. 1. search kayo mga agency, andami. 2 google earth nyo lugar na stay nyo, kita nyo dun asan mga company, pwd nyo walk-in, just be presentable para papasukin kayo. 3 make friends then kapalan ang mukha magtanong kung san pwd mag apply. Di bale kahit casual kasi andami dito na casual pero mas malaki pa kita kasi may law dito na pag casual may additional ang sweldo compared samen na mga fulltime permanent. Mag practice lang ng English para magkaintindihan kayo ng mag iinterviewGood luck sa lahat ng job seeker, kaya nga seeker kasi naghahanap. get out sa streets para makatisod ng swerte. tiis sa lakad at invest time and money sa paghahanap.

    may nakasabay nga ako nag aapply during interview as in syempre aussie kaya tingin ko presentable puting puti eh pero mature na matanda na siguro. ang sabi lang sa receptionist in a confident way. Ay di ko pala kaya gayahin English. basta parang sinabi nya she is looking for a job and she needs it because blah blah blah ayun nakita ko casual dun sa loob. Pwd din kayo pag andito na bumili ng newspaper na may job openings, puntahan nyo sasabihin nyo nakita nyo sa dyaryo dalhin nyo na din yung dyaryo para maniwala at makapasok kayo. importante lang talaga magkachance na masabi mo mga credentials mo at galingan mo na lang diskarte mo sa interview kasi nga pagkakataon mo na.

    I'm now waiting for the contract to be sent in my email, mgreport na daw ako on monday! Yehey this is it pancit!

    Never loose hope, paggising s umaga smile, pray and declare na darating na yung work na hinhintay mo,...i did it for two weeks, and its really amaze me until now kasi yung two weeks n yun yung hiring process s company n naghire s akin :) God is really Great!
