@ice breaker, its not a luxury but a necessity. mahal ng renta here di ba. hindi pa amin yun, 25% palang ang bayad he he he. under mortgage ofcourse. Kaya nga nagmamadali na sa plan sa ausie para maibenta na considering na mataas ang bentahan now.

Hi @ psychoboy, Actually, Immigration agent ko here sa Singapore. It may not official assessment from Australian authorities, but they are confident of the same results based on their previous (and succesfull) clients. Nagpasa ka na ba ng EOI?

Anyone here who lodged EOI on July 1st, 2012 onwards and get an invitation to fille for visa under 189 or 190? Once na may invitation to apply for visa, what is the chances to get it approved? Malaki rin kasi yung charges eh. Tnx.
