@coachella9 you need to create a new EOI and you need to select South Australia as preferred state then once you have the EOI number, you need to go to South Australia state migration website and lodge you SS application thru their system.

@siena101 if you dont have any preference about state/location and you want to move to oz quicker, check out SA. They process SS fast. I assume since your occupation is ICT perhaps the minimum is 70 for SA SS.

@spyware South Australia has analyst programmer too in their skills list though only visa class 489. They require 70 points including SS. SA process state migration quicker than other states. If your aim is to be oz quicker then explore SA.
