Yung latest eletric bill namin sa January- April (3months) $59 per head kami. Then yung sa pagluluto gas tank gamit namin at usually 1 gas tank per month nauubos then $7 each room yung share monthly sa gas.

Yung room is good for a single lang kasi hindi masyadong malaki yung bed enough for 1 person lang.. Pero last time may nag occupy na couple then yung rent is $130 .. Weekly yung rent. i'll send you the pics sa room para makita mo. Thanks
