@chu_se re COE, im not sure about Marketing Manager, pero kung reporting ka sa kanya, or you're under a marketing arm, then ok yun, but generally, yung COE kase has to be signed by either the HR or yung manager/kanino ka reporting... ;-) re Payslip…
