@one1an factor yung license pero kung mapapatunayan mo sa CDR mo na qualified ka may pag asa ka ma-assess as Electrical Engineer. Yung membership ng ieee or ano mang engineering org walang kinalaman. unless chartered ka.

@Liolaeus ang alam ko sa proof funds pwede din land title. pwede ka manghiram sa kamag anak at pagawa ka certificate sa banko. isoli mo lang syempre pag naaprove na yung sponsorship mo.
