@mickeymynes14 usually form 80 lang talaga pinapasa, since naka agent ka form 80 lang tlaga sinusubmit nila based sa mga exp ng tao dito. Minsan lang may humuhingi ng form 1221. Halos same lang naman kase ang form 80 at 1221.
