You can't convert it. You need to pass driving exams (Theory, Hazard and Practical). Magagamit mo yung UAE license for 6 mths, after that you need to have AU driving license.

It took me almost 6 months of blood, sweat and tears to get a contractual job. 3 months into my contractor role, I was offered a permanent position by the same auditing firm in Melbourne.
