If IED April 2015 then nakakuha ng Pinas non pro DL October 2015, so hindi na rin magamit ang Pinas DL sa South Au dahil more than 3 months na from IED?
Hi @IslanderndCity , clarification lang about thepermit to drive for a year.. parang driving license din ba sya or learners permit sya na pwede ka lang magdrive with an instructor?

@RoseG @yosh10 about sa question above, yes pwede ka magfile then after average of 22 days, mail nila sa address na binigay mo when u applied for it. Ganoon sa case ko.
