Pwede naman as long as sa e-file mako combine mo ang orig filled up form at scanned form.although naka-lock ang Orig pdf file,may mga free sites o programs naman to unlock locked pdf files. Sa case ko kasi iniscan ko nalang lahat ok. thanks po
