@wizardofOz in my case, I received mail from EA. It's an official receipt which provides CID (Contact ID) number, EA Phone number for enquiries, Payment details, and ABN. I don't know what ABN means 'though.

@tartakobsky ah. I thought you took medical exam without CO's request. Then on the later date, you only knew na hindi pala need na magpamedical exam pa kayo. Balak ko rin kasing magpamedical in advance kahit wala pa request letter from CO.
