@justice143 @ykcul_kcul oh, sorry what's anmac? yung sa amin kasi (goverment hospital) iba yung coe namin at referral letter. Hindi sya tulad ng format na hinihingi ng ahpra, what I did was to make my own, printed in a paper with our hospital letter…
