@FrenchMilk I think mas importante yung clarity ng pronunciation at fluency pagdating sa speaking, so I guess Pinoy accent should be okay as long as clear yung pagsasalita mo..

@whil I would suggest to disclose it na lang po....during the medical exam, tatanungin naman po ng doctor ang mga yan and sila din magdedecide kung i-lalagay sya sa application niyo..even mga previous hospitalization itatanong din..

@bait0211 tama si @cpa_oct2011, yan talaga ang technique sa speaking, tried and tested ko na yun, importante ang fluency at dapat marami kang baon na vocabulary..write as much as you can sa re-tell para marami kang masasabi..good luck and God bless..

What I like about PTE exam is madali magpaschedule even 2days before the exam lang..and mabilis lumabas ang result..24hrs lng halos..
