Hey Everyone! Admin here, It's a bit overdue but I will be migrating our forum site to a new platform for better security. I will take out all the ads as well as these pesky spammers. Please expect a bit of issues here and there, and will slowly move the features to the new one. Don't worry we are very much alive and will be alive as long as I'm here :)

@superluckyclover what do you mean? minimum work experience is needed depending on the qualification for the application to be successful otherwise no point applying, will only be a waste of time and money and I won’t take in the case since I could …
@carlosau you’ve definitely done the right thing. If those managers were able to provide reference letters on letterheaded papers from the companies you have worked for, that would suffice also. No affidavit required at all. No COE needed as this is…
@mister.hyde no. We aim to prepare documents wherein they are presented properly (user friendly forvthe assessor), compliant to ACS requirements and with complete supporting evidences enclosed - decision ready meaning the officer will just have to d…
PRC has bearing if you graduated from university under section 2 or 3 as it will automatically reqcognise your degree to be equivalent to an Australian bachelor degree
@Supersaiyan @carlosau Employment reference letter or COE as what you guys refer to might not be the one you need( I refuse to use the term COE since this is different to a reference letter and it’s not what ACS requires). If you’re working from hom…
@mister.hyde from their website it takes 8-10 weeks but our track record with them for our client’s cases is 2 weeks. If you’re on your 3rd week you should still within their timeline. The most likely reason we get it faster is due to us submitting …
Thanks @batman @Petita did you send us an email? What’s the surname? I can look for it. What’s the occupation of your husband? If 65 points lang sya, I wouldn’t expect an invite by the end of the year. It will most likely be a long wait since his po…
@Mark.1 if you were my client, I’d advice you to wait. There’s no rush to do it anyway so don’t see the point risking unnecessary expenses. All the best.
@Mark.1 from a professional point of view, I would wait until you get an invite at least. Medical and police clearances are time sensitive. They’re only valid for 12 months. No one knows when you'll get an invite in the first place so you would most…
@ga23 actually, it’s the other way around. VETASSESS requires self written stat Dec whist otter assessing authorities accept stat decs written by a third party. VETASSESS provides a template on their website, check it out.
@sharkbait09 I’ve had a client who did the same. Visa was granted but I would suggest to include your family na to save on time and cost. They can initially just enter Australia with you to activate their visas then go back to Philippines until you’…
@rhedil.gomez @cheesybaconmushroom as per ACS website, their timeline is 8-10 weeks. For some reason, we get results for cases we submit within 2 weeks. I could only assume that it’s because we only submit decision ready applications and we know exa…
@coolitz_12 @cheesybaconmushroom stat dec isn’t necessary if it’s letterheaded. It can be from either HR or supervisor as per our experience handling x number of cases - our timeline with ACS decision is around 2 weeks since we only submit decision …
@coolitz_12 HR or supervisor are both acceptable. No ID from supervisor needed. It’s actually mentioned on the guideline if you’ve read it.
As mentioned, it’s the wrong document you’re thinking all along. Of course, if you’re referring to a ce…
@coolitz_12 it’s becayse you’re asking for the wrong document. We usually assist our clients to draft their own reference letters and once they comply, they would ask their supervisors to sign it.
@jessalo if 189 subclass, though you will be eligible to apply for a visa once you reach at least 65 points, these days they prioritise granting invites to those with at least 90 points. Your best option is to look into 190 or 489. All the best.
@jessec certifi d true copy doesn’t need to have the words you’re referring to. That’s only when you have a document notarised. CTC and notary are two different things. I don’t think you’re getting them mixed up. Google both to find out the differen…
@jessalo how did you come up with your points. Go to the government website and use the search function to look for these visa subclasses. Everything you need to know is in there. I would suggest though before you decide on the visa, make sure you m…
@lizferrera CPAA is the assessing authority for your occupation. They’ll assess your skills as to how they equate with the Australian standards. With regards to your education, they do not assess it as they are not the authorised agency to do so. Th…
@coolitz_12 ACS is particular with every detail on the letter. You could get a way with the word present but the ‘regular’ one, unfortunately that’s not a word used in employment in Australia so they won’t know what that means. You would need to cha…
@Narudru first of all, if you get at least an 8 on IELTS or 79 on PTE, that’s additional 20 points. Hence if your 65 + English superior, you’ve got 85 points. These days you need at least 90 points for 189 Visa with Accountant as occupation. 85 poin…
@marchbaby I would suggest that you go to both CPAA and VETASSESS website and read the requirements there. Everything you need to know is there. All the best.
@mister.hyde sorry couldn’t give you a tip on this right away. I don’t upload docs for my clients so I need to ask my colleague who does this kaso public holiday today. I reckon it will be dealt with no matter what. You can always send ACS an email …
@SAP_Consultant yours is a renewal. They have a file of your records already. I believe the topic is about new applications. My professional advice is to follow the guidelines.
@mister.hyde @yeppuda that was early last year. We also did the same for our clients before, didn’t ask for their cv’s. Last year from July they’ve changed requirements, fyi. We always make sure our clients are compliant with requirements and quick…
@jaaarman @BrizyFilo the employment reference letter and stat Dec both have equal bearing. Neither is more “powerful” than the other. As long these documents comply to ACS requirements, it’s good enough. Tip is rather asking HR/supervisor to write t…
