Hey Everyone! Admin here, It's a bit overdue but I will be migrating our forum site to a new platform for better security. I will take out all the ads as well as these pesky spammers. Please expect a bit of issues here and there, and will slowly move the features to the new one. Don't worry we are very much alive and will be alive as long as I'm here :)

@nrekram I always advice clients to use own words. There’s danger when you delegate such task to a third party. How sure are you they didn’t copy and paste nor use wordings/format from previous work they’ve done. Don't risk it. EA I s very strict an…
@maclaudoa28 What do you mean by complete payslips? Every month of the year? That’s not necessary. At least 1 per year would do. However we ask clients to provide 2 per year if possible-start and end of each year on the safe side
@batman that’s right but I wonder though how that can be the “best” agency when they are capitalising on the client? Personally, that’s a dangerous place for an agent to be in as far as 189/190/489 visas are concerned especially when securing a job …
@batman I agree. Being an agent myself, my expertise is limited to immigration policies. Employment is for employment agencies but then, they can’t even guarantee a job for you. Sariling sikap lang talaga when it comes to job hunting. It’s all a mat…
@CJMendioro0621 VETASSESS doesn’t require English so yes, you can go ahead. I suggest you go on their website. Everything you need to know re requirements are there. All the best.
@sparkfire has to be. I strongly suggest to read and follow the ACS guidelines. All your questions are easily addressed if you read the guidelines. All the best.
@sparkfire follow the requirements on the ACS guideline provided on the website. The thing with COE, it just confirm your employment and of course it’s not surprising if there is a standard format for companies. This isn’t what the assessing body is…
@sparkfire There’s a difference between COE and reference letter. This is a common issue I find here in the forum. You need to ask for a reference letter instead.
@vincenthernandez anything is possible as long as you meet the minimum eligibility of 65 points. The only issue is how high your points are to be prioritised for 189 visa
@kaloidq that’s strange. Usually a checklist is provided under each applicant. Check your docs again. Call immigration, it’s free to ask them as well.

@aisleandrow @queenielapaap I reckon it will somehow still work based on the info you’ve provided as long as you’ve maxed up points on qualification and English, you’ll get 75 points then opt for 190 or 489 visa. Don’t fixate yourself on just 189 vi…

They will never tell you on the s56 letter. It either means the case office overlooked it or you need to review your answers. I suggest to resubmit what you have (review it first) then submit a cover letter saying your unsure why it’…
@t0pZ normally it’s 6-8 weeks but our track record, based on the recent cases we’ve handled, they notify us of decisions in 4 weeks. The fastest we had was 2 weeks. All because we submit decision ready applications.
@WAHM not necessarily sabay. You can opt to have your skilled work employment assessed later. Things like this, CPA can give you the right guidance, you just need to ask them directly.
@aacs123 Basically, the insights I’ve given you is based on cases I’ve handled, especially those requiring org charts. Anyway, I’m only touching the surface here since I’m Just relying on the limited information provided in this forum. Hard to reall…
