@sharonfaye Yes, your husband will have his own GTE. Useful Tip: make sure he will not mention on his GTE that he will look for a job instead of he will support you emotionally, physically during your studies.

In my case, before my Uni issued my COE - they have required Proof of funds, GTE, Full payment of 1st semester, and OSHC. So, when I applied for my SV, it went smoothly medyo an delayed lang sa biometrics.
