@artagnan ang alm ko acs requires scanned copies ng certified documents. Baka ayaw lang ibalik sayo ng agent mo ung cerfified copies. for the dibp application, as @cholle said, coloured scanned copies are fine.

pati ba yung mga 189 na ICT affected? 189, not affected. As long as you have at least 60 points you can submit an EOI. I know a few IT professionals na nainvite last month with 60 points lang.
