sis @abc27, nung nagpa renew ka ng passport, anong form ang sinubmit mo sa eVisa? Form 1022 ba sis? Sis @peach17, wala pa yung new passport ko but I believe gagamit ako form 1022. Tinanong ko na rin si CO to confirm, awaiting his reply
