@elejandro - oo they will require you to fill up the form kapg nakita sa results ng medical mo.. @ janeology- ung skin wala k proof and mgkalau pa kmi. so nirelate ko nlng sya kung pano kmi ngtutulungan sa mga day to day errands namin.
