@Graff Your concerns regarding your COE will have to be addressed by AIQS mismo, so don't hesitate to ask them. Baka kasi magbayad ka ng assessment tapos hindi pala pwede. Clarify mo muna with them if eligible ka ba or not based on your qualificatio…
@Graff Architecture is included in the "allied disciplines" (see Section 9), but then again according to their FAQs, the degree may be considered by there's no guarantee. I would suggest you contact AIQS directly about your questions so you can deci…
@ysabelle ANZSCO code is typically 6 digits. Yung first 4 digits indicates the classification/industry, then the last two digits specify yung specific occupation. Yung minemention earlier na codes are the first four digits, I think.
@ysabelle code? what do you mean?
Pro-rata occupations refer to occupations na mas mataas yung minimum points (typ. higher than 60) to get an invitation, and yung limited lang ang number na ini-issue per invitation round (like Accountants, Auditor…
@Graff I see. From your experience kasi mas solid ang estimating experience mo, so makakakuha ka ng mas maraming points when it comes to overseas work experience. Typically sa skills assessment nagbabawas sila ng 1 year, which they may classify as y…
@ysabelle I see. Thanks. I'll be at Glenfield in my first few weeks in Sydney (may relatives kasi ako dun). Then I'll see kung kailangan ko lumipat closer to uni.
Wow ang layo pala ng filipino stores, close-ish to CBD hehe.
@ChefMa So far po nasa MLTSSL pa yung Chef occupation, so it's a relatively good pathway in my opinion. If you plan to go that route, I suggest to start your studies soon para pagkagraduate mo makahabol pa for PR visa application.
@JillCyCian If change of career po talaga, maybe it's better to study nalang and then nominate mo nalang po yung bagong occupation. But still, check mo po kung mas mataas ang makukuha mong points from your old occupation or from the new one. Yes, pw…
@ChefMa Hi. The most popular occupations with pathways to PR are Accounting, Nursing, and Engineering/IT. As for career change, I think Cookery is a popular course. I've been to education fairs for Australia and there's always a culinary school tryi…
@JillCyCian So you've really decided to change careers, or gusto nyo lang po na yun ang pathway nyo to a permanent job? At this point po kasi kahit later on nyo pa plano magmigrate, ideally ngayon palang iniisip nyo na kung paano ang pathway nyo to …
@julypearl hahaha ibang klaseng waiting game nalang ang ipost mo... waiting to go to Australia nalang haha. When magstart classes mo ang when do you plan to go?
@ysabelle Hi, as per NT government's website, they require at least AUD 35k (for a single/individual applicant) as evidence of financial capacity, IF you are not NT resident or NT graduate.
@julypearl hahaha sakin took 2 weeks, pero same reaction din ako... d ako makapaniwala until binasa ko ng buo yung grant letter hahaha. lumipat pa ko to laptop para sure na tama ang nababasa ko
I found this page that compares the tuition fees of universities in Australia. It does reflect similar findings from my personal research, but I'm not sure how updated it is: Lowest Tuition Fees for International Students
@Delsette 40 isn't *that* old. hmph. ang choosy nila ha. Anyway, target destination nyo is Melbourne lang ba? You can try looking into programs by Swinburne, RMIT, UniMelb, La Trobe, Monash, Deakin (now that I think of it, parang mas maraming uni an…
@MLBS It's better to inquire with your chosen institution regarding this matter. If you aren't required to include the proof of financial capacity by the Document Checklist, the school might.
@MLBS Hi, at this point they won't publish the risk ratings of either the education provider or country because certain schools could be targeted by non-genuine students if the risk ratings were published. You really have to use the Document Checkli…
@JillCyCian Hi. With a long work history, I think it might be better to try the skilled visa route first; student visa is expensive kahit vocational pa ang kukunin mo. With a relatively big family, mas mahihirapan ka na i-support ang family on your …
@kaidenMVH mukhang marami nga ang success stories na draftsperson ang pathway para makapasok. Na-excite tuloy akong gayahin kayong lahat at sumubok magmigrate hehehe. Research lang muna ako ng maigi habang naghihintay na maging eligible for the PR v…
