@eujin You can tell them it's for visa application in general. Normal requirement naman kahit for tourist visa yung COE. Good luck!

@romel78 You can also "print" or export the additional doc to pdf instead and then use just merge pdf. Maraming free websites that offer merge pdf kung wala kayong Adobe Acrobat.
