@Krisian Hi! I took IELTS twice but still ended being competent. But when I tried PTE for the first time, even without practice, I was able to attain Proficient level. To me mas okay yung PTE cuz it's unbiased and response is lightning fast.

Agree with @katniss2015 For Visa 190, some states like SA require proof of funds. Victoria, on the other hand, does not require but you should be prepared.
