@jon1101a Hi! Yes need na mgbayad agad ng fee. I submitted my eoi end of nov 2017 and paid the fee right away after submitting the application to SA. I was invited after 3 weeks. We got our visa last April.

@jon1101a Hi! Yes you need to submit application in SA website and pay the fee. No more pre invite from SA, once they approve your application you will get an email from SA and an ITA from DHA in your skillselect account.
