@Timalan Standard exams are: 1. Medical - bp, eye test, urine, interview by doctor 2. Chest x-ray 3. HIV test might also require Serum Creatinine and ECG depending on initial findings.

@jane18 StatDec is more formal than an explanation letter. The format is commonly known to us pinoys as affidavit and it is certified by a notary, authorized personnel from Australian embassy or if in Australia by certain persons designated to sign.
