@Oz09 No probs... if you have friends who are Australian citizens or PR, you can also ask 1 or 2 of them to fill this up and have it certified by a JP.

@orangenarwhal From watching Border Security Australia, I don't think there will be an issue... primarily, you complied naman with the conditions of the first grant, like you did not overstay or work during that 2 week visit.
