Can I apply to visa 190 given na may 55 points ako currently at yung state nomination ay magbibigay ng 5 points para maging 60 pts? If yes, wala naman fee ang pag submit ng EOI diba? Yes, pwede. Wala naman fee ang EOI.

@FrenchMilk ah ok, thanks for sharing. Anyway, base dito ACS parang walang withdrawal, pero hindi din kasi clear. Tingin ko ok lang naman situation mo, basta enough yung points mo. Goodluck!
