Ang laptop bag b kasama sa tinitimbang sa hand carry? as far as i know, hindi. you are allowed to carry a laptop bag aside from your handcarry bag/luggage. unless hindi laptop yung laman..lols

from my experience sa several years kung magcollect ng movies, bihira ko lng binalikan yung mga luma..so deleting it is a good idea..not worth to gamble..
