meron po ba dito na nabigyan ng offer letter from a school kahit na refuse na po ng visa sa first application? Gusto ko po kasi mag reapply again pero di ko po sure if mabibigyan pa ako ng offer from a college or uni. Thanks po sa mga makakasagot.
