@home 190 i apply mo. Pag qualify ka nmn sa 489 bibigay nila 489. Which is yun din talaga binibigay ng NT. Nun time ko 190 apply ko 489 ang inapprove. Ilagay mo pa din yun kakilala mo sa ibang state. Thanks!
