Hi Violet, my wife's 309visa app hit 41 weeks on Wednesday, and our Family Sponsored Visitor Visa hit 9 weeks today.
Chances are the 9-12 months may get longer, rather than shorter.

The VFS is talking about the visa Label which has been discontinued. The CFO sticker is a Phil requirement.
