@Crackedtooth sa akin 2 kumpanya ko ang nagsara. basta notarised ang COE at meron kang payslip or ITR okay na yun. sa akin wala namang issues. Hello! Just saw this, my prev employer has been closed already pero nakakuha ako ng COE with letterhead…

@Abby_ @iam_juju everyday nman po meron sched yung doctor for ppd pero sa makati med sha gagawin. I suggest na lang na maaga kayo pumunta kc umaga lang yung doctor until 1030 am lang. Pagkatapos nyo kc sa nationwide saka pa lang kayo pupunta ng maka…
