• @forevern4always ok lang. is your spouse filipino or australian? Kaya nga, pero depende parin talaga sa CO na mghahandle. Kaya pinapanalangin ko nalang na mabait at efficient yung CO na ma-a-allocate sakin. Buti ka pa nga at may CO ka na.

• @mydear I think pwede po kayo mag-apply for Prospective Marriage. Sa nabasa ko, within 9 months ata need pakasalan/magpakasal. I'm not 100% sure about that. You can check for the infos regarding Prospective Marriage on the immigration's website.
