@ginnojose lahat po. Colored scan will suffice na. Ito ay based sa Aug 2017 MSA ha. I'm not sure if may latest but alam ko CTC way way back then they changed to colored scan nalang.

@ginnojose SSS: pwede ung online. Printscreen mo ung contribution page as well as ung companies na employed ka na page. CTC: Nope. Colored scan will do (with 300 dpi)

@mickeymynes14 ang alam ko, merong 28 days yata to comply? Not sure though. Tapos ung iba kapag di talaga kaya maprocess, nag-eemail yata sila along with the proof na di sapat ung time para maprovide ung needed document.
