@Fritzchie21 if you have no agent naman at within the 28 days timeframe without CO contact after all documents have been last submitted, pwede naman sila i-contact. Make sure to prepare your info para mabilis at accurate ang sagot nyo sa kanila.

Are you independent or under an agent? If on your own, first you must know the details of your first CO contact as it reflects the email address of the GSM you can follow up to. You have 28 days time frame upon first CO contact before doing so.
