So again, if mag initial entry ka, and then next entry mo is under 4 years na lang PR mo (kunyari 3.5 yrs valid na lang), then pag nag expire yung visa, it's either you apply for PR again (which is another gastos) OR hindi ka na muna lalabas ng Aust…
