@dapogi Nag-ask na ako ng copy ng contract and ITR ko sa previous employer ko, wala pa reply. Though I am not sure kung tinago pa nila since 7 years ago na sya. Good luck sa ating lahat! Excited na ako sa magandang balita for 2014!

Hello - sa wakas may CO na rin kami! Humihingi pala sa akin ng copies ng payslips ko or contract or ITR dun sa previous work ko from pinas. Possible ba na kumuha ng copy ng ITR sa BIR?

@apc hi yes its same as form 5. We used Bio-data as we do not have any embassy on the island (nearest embassy is washington dc).

@clickbuddy2009 hi yung sa akin lumabas yung name ng mga kids ko and dun ko inattach yung respective na documents nila. Dun sa wife mo, and kailangan mo lang i-attach ay ang proof of english functionality.
