Hello. Kapag hindi educ ang bachelor's pero kasama na sa curriculum ang ITE qualification + may more than 45 days of practicum in teaching din naman, hindi pa rin pwede? What if mag-MA na lang in SpEd sa let's say, UP, pwede na?
