makakalabas yung dependent without OEC.. for the main applicant, hahanapin yun sa airport... kung kelangan na talaga, i think gawin mo nalang yung ginagawa ng iba na mag eexit sa Singapore, then dito na sila mag aayos ng OEC nila.

nope.. current visa holders are not affected. unless you need to renew your visa at wala ka na sa list 2years nalang yung visa na magragrant sayo and most likely not na applicable for PR visa
